Yes you can, although we suggest you do not change it much if you want to benchmark your NPS score with other businesses.
Go to "Personalize Survey" and tab on "Advanced Customization".
You will have the chance to change NPS question, plus:
- From name
- Reply e-mail
- Subject line
- Intro message
- Language
