Can I change the subject line? How to send the NPS survey in different languages Can I customize the "Thank You" page? How should my logo look like to fit Promoter Ninja's surveys? Can I change the reply e-mail or from name?

Yes you can. Go to "Personalize Survey" and tab on "Advanced Customization".

You can change the subject line, plus:

  • Reply e-mail
  • From name
  • Intro message
  • NPS question
  • Language
