Can I change the product name that appears in the survey question on a per survey basis?

Yes. You can create as much brands as you need. You will always find them in the header and switch from one to the other: 

Each survey can have specific name, colours and logotype, and it can also be sent to different users.

If you need to create another survey, just click on the "Create new survey" in the header.
